- LAMB SHARE INFORMATION -

Whole share customers are required to pay a $200 deposit, towards the final cost. Half share customers pay $100.

The final cost will be determined by hanging weight. Lambs typically don’t weigh over 50lbs (hanging).

Whole share customers; we will reach out to you 3-4 weeks prior to butcher date with a cut sheet. We will walk you through anything you have questions on, feel free to give a call with other questions.

Half share customers receive our basic lamb package, cut/thickness to popular cuts you would recognize  “at the store.”
